So this is the final post. The end. το τέλος. Thats the end in Greek. So anyway, the end is this. To make a long story short, the spartans were beat in 2 days which was has never really happened, and Persians had won a very great victory. So basically, The Greeks had won a war but lost most of the battles. Also they lost a LOT of honor, until they rebuilt the cities again. The battle was a very sad loss and literally had lost almost their entire army. Sparta isn't how it is today, but its still cool to look up. It has a lot of very interesting details and facts that you peoples should know. But lots of countries have their rises and falls. Its all part of life.
What happened after the greek era? I could read your mind that you were going to ask that question. Well, whoever's asking this, I got the answer right here. In this blog. Derp. So anyway, after the greeks, the big city Rome came to power, taking Italy in 200 years then the neighbors in 100 years then the rest of Europe, a bit of Africa, India, All of Egypt, and the list goes on and on and on and on and on and on. The romans stole ideas from almost every place in Europe, but changed the names. For example, they took the Greek gods and then changed their names to what we call our planets today. but they were a pretty superior empire, maybe better than Greece. They even took part of the U.K, or as lost of people know it, England! I mean, that WAY far up. I can't even drive there without getting bored. Basically, thats what there is. The end of the eport. Its always so sad when that happens. But I need to go further without crying. So, The greeks are still up and running today and is actually a very wellbeing place. Nice, warm good food, all that stuff. But today, Sparta isn't that interesting, unless you want to see a bunch of dumb old pillars that lead to nowhere. But if you want to see something interesting, go up to Athens, a a long drive north that takes a while but goes through war ravaged lands, beautiful plains, and a lot of good people. The thing with the way the country forms. I always thought that it looked like the hand of a person who just got out of of a seaweed nest. Then italy looked like a bott, and the island thats next to Italy lookes alot like a hand that is pointing up.
